Online Purchase : Ordering Steps 1, 2, 3......

We do also provide online purchase, here's how:

(1)Email us at cookiesncream.cnc@gmail.com with the following info:
- your name, contact no., address
- item code, color, qty

(2) Your order will be confirmed with our reply email. Please bank in the total amount (inclusive of postage charges) to our banking account, alternatively by means of online direct transfer or ATM direct transfer.
**remarks: postage charges will be based on the weight of your ordered items.

(3) Once payment is made, please notify us.

(4) Delivery will be made within 3 - 4 working days upon receipt of payment.

As our items are in limited quantity, we might not be able to exchange or refund. Yet we ensure every item sold with good condition.
